Salesforce reporting - advanced

This course will be held online (zoom) and lasts for 3 hours (with a 15 minute break)

At the end of this session you will have learnt how to:

• Create custom report types

• Add complex report filters

• Create matrix reports

• Add row-level formulas to your reports

• Add bucket columns to your reports

• Create dashboards and edit the presentation of each element of the dashboard

• Apply filters to your dashboards

• Create report and dashboard folders and manage security access

Before the course starts I will send you an email with a login to a test version of Salesforce which you will use when we do the training. This will allow you to mess about as much as you like without affecting the data in your system. You will have access to this test version of Salesforce for 30 days after the training ends.

We will be using the Salesforce 'Lightning' interface. If your organisation is still using Salesforce 'Classic' then please contact me to be added to a waiting list for a Classic reports training.
