Yes. There is a discounted ticket price for small charities. Please see the ticketing details for each course for further details.
Yes. I'm sure you'll find the course really useful. But if for any reason you're unhappy with the course or you feel that it's not been relevant for you, I will be happy to issue you with a full refund.
Yes. If you don't have any training budget, or if the classroom training model isn't right for you, then you can access reports and dashboard training through the Salesforce Trailhead programme. https://trailhead.salesforce.com/
If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice I will give you a full refund. If you cancel with 48 or less hours notice then I will offer you a place on a subsequent course.
Yes. The training is aimed to get you confident with reports regardless of whether your Salesforce setup is for non-profits or for commercial organisations. Although most of the attendees will come from non-profits, we also welcome people from a commercial background.
If you attend a public course then you will be using a test version of Salesforce that you can build reports and dashboards in. If you would like me to run a group course for your organisation then we can either use a test version of Salesforce or a sandbox of your own setup. Please contact me to discuss options.
The training will be delivered in Salesforce lightning. If you are still using Salesforce classic please contact me and I will add you to a waiting list for a Salesforce classic training session.
On the basic reporting course you will learn to:Create a list view, add the columns you need, filter the view and manage 'in-line' editingBuild a new report from scratchAdd report filtersAdd columns to your reportsGroup your columns and summarise columns (e.g. by total value/ average value etc)Add a chart to your reportBuild a simple dashboardExport report data and understand the different format optionsSchedule a report for yourself or a colleague
