This course will give you a solid foundation in Salesforce tailored specifically for the nonprofit sector. This course covers everything from basic list views, to structuring and exporting reports.

Confident with reporting but looking to extend your expertise?
This course will give you some advanced reporting and dashboard techniques from building charts, complex filters, custom report types, scheduled reports, row level formulas and bucket columns.

If you have a group of staff who could all benefit from enhancing their reporting skills then I also offer tailored in-house training. This can be for up to 10 participants and we can focus on the data challenges that are most pertinent to your team at this time.

Hi! My name's Richard Turner and I set up Sparklecloud after a 12 year career in the non-profit sector, as an administrator, a fundraiser and a Chief Executive.
Since 2013 I've worked as a Salesforce consultant and have supported over 40 charities with new systems or transformation projects.
